General Return Policy
If the products purchased from our website don’t meet your expectations, you can return them within 30 days of purchase to get a complete refund. After 60 days of purchase, please contact the original manufacturer for service warranty and product issues. Original handling and shipping charges will not be refunded.
•       All the returned products must be in an unused, new condition, complete with original accessories and packaging,                including all product manuals and warranty cards.
•       Any item that has been used and is not in its original condition will not be returned or exchanged.
•       It can take up to 30 days to receive a refund after you have returned the product.
Non-Returnable Items
For reasons, including but not limited to, consumer protection and health codes, certain products may not be returned. We do not accept returns of items that have been opened and used. Such products are considered non-returnable. Kindly connect with our customer support to confirm if the item you wish to return is returnable or non-returnable.
Returns Process
For efficient and easy returns, please use our self-serve online return center. You can look up your previous orders, select your items to return, and print out a pre-paid return label.
Receiving Refunds
We will issue a refund only after we receive and process an acceptable return. For items directed to our Returns Center, it can take up to 30 days to receive a refund after you have returned the item. Products intended for return must be in their original and unharmed quality and packaging.
